I don't really sell any products, can I still profit from this great idea?
Answer:
Yes! The software that powers our online stores is also a content management system. You can avoid adding anything to your catalog if you want and just create content. When someone visits your website they may go into another store within the mall and make a purchase. If they do, you earn a commission! Use our built-in newsletter software to email you contacts and drive traffic to your new website.

When I pay for advertising is it for the mall or is the advertising for my site?
Answer:
ALL marketing is for YOUR site NOT for the mall. By marketing for your site you benefit by increasing the size of your client base and increasing the potential to earn commissions should your clients purchase from other stores that are members of the mall.

Can I use my own site and shopping cart?
Answer:
At this time, no. however, we have a low monthly rate so if you want to earn more money from an existing online store, consider opening a mirror store or moving your store to our mall.

Can I have my own affiliate program?
Answer:
Yes! The shopping cart has it's own built in affiliate program which allows you to have your own affiliates promoting your site on the internet. You determine the amount of commission you are prepared to pay your affiliates. The affiliate program is a simple-one-level system to make things easier and less complicated.

Can I customize the appearance of my store ?
Answer:
Yes! You can customize the colors, the background, the header, and the footer of your site. We offer some built-in themes to get your started, and we will be adding more in the future!

Yes! Please contact us for a price quote.

How do I accept credit cards ?
Answer:
We support various payment processors. If you do not have one already, we can help you! If you do not have a merchant account we can get one for you with Humboldt Bank. You can then accept Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover) at competitive rates. Most merchant accounts are setup within 48 hours.

I like your software, but I don't want to be a member of the mall. I'd like to have a stand-alone store. Do you offer hosting and can I use the software?
Answer:
Yes, we do! We will setup a store for you outside the mall if you wish (or any other type of website). You won't receive any of the benefits of a member, but you will have peace of mind knowing you are hosting with a reliable hosting provider.

Question:
Are there any additional charges I should be aware of while my store is listed in the mall?
Answer:
Yes, there is a very small 1.5% fee charged to your account for each sale generated by your store. The fee is ONLY based on the actual sale of the items and does not include shipping and taxes; this amounts to only a $1.50 for every $100. This is a very small amount compared to what others are charging with similar solutions. This is to cover administration of commissions and marketing costs, all of which helps each store become more profitable.
