I found a product I like, how do I purchase it!?

Answer
Click the big Shop Now button next to the item and you will be taken directly to the product that the store owner is selling.  You can then add it to your shopping cart in that store and then proceed to checkout.

Can I purchase multiple items from multiple stores and checkout once?

Answer
Because our stores are individually owned, we do not offer this type of service.  Our service is setup like a mall.  Just like in a real mall, you have to checkout with each individual store prior to making purchases from another mall.  However, we have the capability of storing your name and address information (if you so choose) so that you can checkout quicker when you visit another store within the mall.

How do I find out where my order is?

Answer
Visit the store you made the purchase from or email the store owner.  We do not stock or ship anything.  Each store owner sells and ships the items and will have information about tracking so you will need to contact the store that you purchased the item from.

How do I get support or ask about a product listed on your site?

Answer
Visit the store selling the item or the store from which you made a purchase.  Each store owner sells and ships the items and will have more information about the item or about your purchases.

How do I rate a store I made a purchase from?

Answer
Find the store in our listings and next to it click on the link to rate the store.  You must have an order number from that store in order to post a review of the site.  We do not allow people who have not purchased from a store to submit a review, and you can only review the store once per purchase.
